REQUIREMENTS FOR REGISTRATION AS A CLASS A AND B ABATTOIR 

1. Certificate of Incorporation
2. CR14 and C6 Forms
3. A copy of ID or Passport in case of individuals.
4. Valid Tax Clearance Certificate
5.  Registration fee per annum.

• US$350.00 or equivalent @ ruling interbank rate per annum – 1 January –31 December same year.
  Note: (a) Abattoirs to attach Veterinary Registration Certificate.
  (b) Clearance from PIB (for abattoirs slaughtering pigs)
