1. Certificate of Incorporation
2. CR14 and C6 Forms
3. A copy of ID or Passport in case of individuals.
4. Valid Tax Clearance Certificate
5.  Registration fee US$110.00 or equivalent @ ruling interbank rate per Quarter.
