The Agricultural Marketing Authority is headed by a Board of Directors appointed by the Minister of Lands, Agriculture , Fisheries , Water, Climate and Rural Development. The management team is headed by the CEO. AMA is compliant to corporate governance tenets as directed through the Agricultural Marketing Act [Chapter 18:24], the Public Finance Management Act [Chapter 22:19] and the Corporate Governance Framework for State Enterprises and Parastatals.
The Agricultural Marketing Authority Board functions through four Board Committees in line with provisions of the Corporate Governance Framework for State Enterprises and Parastatals.
