Online Merchant Registration Process
Note that all AMA registrations are now done online at www.ama.co.zw
- Online applications
- Merchant
- Sign up
- Copy the login user which comes out immediately after clicking sign up,
- Or check email (and spam as well) for user ID and password,
- Upload company documents in PDF (all pages, e.g., CR14 scan all pages, CR6, Tax Clearance and Certificate of Incorporation),
- Go on applications,
- Choose category,
- Fill in applications form,
- Click submit,
- Wait for application to be approved,
- Upload Proof of Payment or pay online, (PDF)
- Wait for certificate to be signed,
- Check on licenses,
- Download certificate.
Renewal
Submit returns if you are applying for the same category with the previous license. Returns are statistics on the use of the previous license.
Wait for approval
- Go on applications,
- Choose category,
- Fill in applications form,
- Click submit,
- Wait for application to be approved,
- Upload Proof of Payment or pay online, (PDF)
- Wait for certificate to be signed,
- Check on licenses,
Download certificate.
